With Sweden and Finland both about to join NATO I wrote a piece for Swedish discussion forum Militär Debatt in which I outlined which Swedish capabilities are of particular interest to and have the ability to impact the defence of Finland in a positive way.

While people tend to focus on the submarines, the Swedish Army in fact have several units which are of interest as they represent capabilities not found in the FDF, or for which the numbers could be larger. 31. Jägarbataljonen and Norrbottens regemente, I 19, are mentioned.
