I had the opportunity to address Kvarken Council’s Annual General Meeting and seminar 2025 which was held in Sundsvall. The lecture focused on the general trends of geopolitics in the world, before focusing in on what they mean for the Baltic Sea and the regions bordering it. A particular point of focus was on how the Swedish and Finnish NATO memberships redraws the map. An article on the seminar is found here.
